A local boutique letting agency serving Romford exclusively. Launched in 2019 by two Romford residents frustrated by the level of service from the High street letting agents.

We are extremely responsive and manage your flat as if it was our own. We only work with local proficient tradesmen at competitive prices.
Fees
We keep our fees low and transparent (we use technology and have no permament staff or business premises). We charge from 6% (Inc VAT) for full management and do not charge admin fees for repairs or maintenance.
