Notice periods depend on your existing agreement. We guide you through each stage and coordinate the handover with the outgoing agent.
We review your building's needs, current management arrangements and the information available.
You receive a written proposal setting out our services, management fee and any additional charges.
We help you understand the practical steps for changing agent. The authorised client checks the existing agreement and serves the required contractual notice, obtaining legal advice where needed.
We coordinate the transfer of records, funds, contracts and outstanding matters with the outgoing agent.
