Block Management Referrals

    Refer a Block and Receive £500

    Know a residential block, RTM company, RMC or freeholder looking for a new managing agent? Introduce them to East Valley Properties and receive a £500 referral reward if the introduction results in a qualifying block-management appointment.

    A referral-reward programme, not an automatic payment for supplying contact details.

    Residential apartment block managed by East Valley Properties

    Who can you refer?

    You can introduce:

    • the block where you live or own a property;
    • an RTM or RMC company;
    • a freeholder seeking a managing agent;
    • another residential development you know;
    • a professional contact acting for a residential block.

    The development must be a potential new block-management client for East Valley Properties. Lettings-only, individual tenancy and contractor referrals do not qualify unless East Valley Properties agrees otherwise in writing.

    How the referral reward works

    1. Make the introduction

      Complete the referral form and provide enough information for us to identify the development and appropriate contact.

    2. We confirm eligibility

      East Valley Properties will check whether the referral is new, suitable and not already being actively discussed with us.

    3. The client appoints us

      The relevant RTM company, RMC, freeholder or other authorised client signs a qualifying block-management agreement.

    4. You receive £500

      The reward becomes payable after management has commenced and East Valley Properties has received the first management fee, subject to the programme terms.

    Merely supplying a name, address or contact details does not guarantee payment. The reward depends on the development appointing East Valley Properties under a qualifying management agreement.

    Referring a block where you are involved

    You may refer a block where you live or own a property. However, if you are a director, officer, committee member or otherwise involved in selecting the managing agent, the proposed reward must be disclosed to the relevant decision-makers.

    Where appropriate, the company or board should authorise and record how the reward will be treated. The referrer may ask for the £500 to be paid personally or, where agreed and administratively possible, credited to the development's service-charge or client account for the benefit of the block.

    East Valley Properties will not make an undisclosed personal payment to someone who influenced the appointment in a fiduciary, professional or decision-making capacity.
