Romain has worked in residential property management since 2012. He is Director of East Valley Properties Ltd, which handles residential lettings and property management, and of East Valley Block Management Ltd, which manages blocks of flats and private residential estates.
His work is hands-on rather than head-office: preparing and explaining service charge budgets, taking over blocks from previous agents, chasing outstanding compliance actions, instructing and checking contractors, dealing with arrears, and answering the practical questions that leaseholders and directors ask week to week.
